WHAT TO EXPECT
My treatment approach will be floor-based for maximized traction, deep tissue release, and pressure control. If you have mobility issues that limit your ability to get to the ground, please let me know in advance.
HOW TO PREPARE
Come clean. That’s about respect.
Avoid thick or greasy lotions. That’s about traction.
WHAT TO WEAR
Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing ex. T-shirt and athletic shorts. Gals, lose the bras, please.

HEALTH BENEFITS
Certified Thai massage practitioners, like personal trainers and fascial stretch, fall under “wellness” vs “registered” (RMT, chiro, physio, etc). So coverage will depend on your benefits plan.
For those who have an open “wellness” option, this is where you would submit the claim. Please contact your insurance provider for details.
